Billing & subscriptions
Where to see your subscriptions and invoices, how to cancel or reactivate a plan, what to do when a renewal fails, and how refunds work.
What it is
Billing & invoices lives inside your account settings. It shows your active subscriptions (plan, start date, next renewal, billing interval, auto-renew status), your full invoice history, and links to your saved payment methods.
What each plan includes is on Plans & pricing. Prices in your currency are on zoviz.com/pricing.
Where to find it
Panel → Account setting → Billing & invoices, signed in.
Cancel a subscription
You can cancel anytime, and there's no cancellation fee. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Open Account setting → Billing & invoices.
- In the Subscriptions table, open the plan's details from the More Details column.
- In the Subscription details dialog, click Cancel subscription. The cancel page opens.
- Go through the steps. The page shows what you've built, asks what's getting in your way, and may suggest another option. Click No thanks, continue to skip a suggestion.
- On the What happens step, check the date your access ends. Tick the box to confirm, then click Cancel Subscription. To stop instead, click Keep subscription.
The page then shows Your subscription is cancelled, and your plan stops renewing.
Changed your mind?
Until your access ends, Billing & invoices shows This plan will not renew. Click Reactivate my plan to turn auto-renew back on. Reactivate before your access ends and you keep your credits.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed in the Zoviz mobile app, that subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play, not through Zoviz. Cancel, change or reactivate that subscription in your device's subscription settings for that store. The subscription's details in Billing & invoices show where it's billed.
A store subscription can only be reactivated from the store you bought it in. If a subscription was set up for you by Zoviz, you can't change it in Billing & invoices: contact support and the team will change it for you.
What you lose when you cancel — and what you keep
Nothing changes until your access ends. After that:
You lose:
- Your plan credits. Unused plan credits are forfeited when access ends, and new monthly credits stop.
- The plan's tools. Subscription features close when access ends.
- Published pages and cards. Published Link in Bio pages and digital business cards go offline.
- Cloud designs. Designs saved in the cloud lock. The cancel screen says they're deleted after 90 days.
- Unlocked brands. Brands your plan unlocked lock again.
You keep:
- Your account. Canceling a subscription is not account deletion. You can still sign in, and you can resubscribe anytime.
- Files you've downloaded. Canceling doesn't delete files already on your device. Files you downloaded while your plan was active keep full commercial-use rights, and you can keep using them after your plan ends.
Download the files you need before your access ends.
Do you have pay-as-you-go credits or Customer Club credits? Ask support what happens to them before you cancel.
Invoices and payment methods
- Invoices — every charge is listed under Billing & invoices with its ID, payment method, date, amount, and status.
- Receipts — payments are processed by Stripe, which emails a receipt for each payment, renewals included. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by the store instead.
- Payment methods — saved cards are managed under Account setting → Payment methods.
For anything else about a charge, contact support.
If a renewal payment fails
When a renewal payment doesn't go through, your plan expires. Billing & invoices shows Your plan has expired — the renewal payment didn't go through.
- Click Manage payment.
- Add a payment method. Zoviz makes it your default for the next renewal attempt.
- Wait for the renewal. After you add a new card, it can take up to 2 business days to go through.
If it still hasn't gone through after 2 business days, contact support. For an App Store or Google Play subscription, fix the payment in that store.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund only if nothing was used: no AI tools or AI credits used, and no files downloaded. Downloading files counts as use. If nothing was used, there's no time limit for asking.
- Nothing used — you haven't used any AI tools or AI credits, and you haven't downloaded any files. You can ask for a refund.
- Something used — you've used AI tools or downloaded files. The purchase isn't refunded.
To ask for a refund, contact support: use the contact form or email [email protected]. Write from your Zoviz account's email and include the invoice ID from Billing & invoices. The team checks your account and replies by email.
Charged by mistake, for example twice or after you canceled? Contact support: the team reviews billing errors.
Canceling a plan stops future renewals. It isn't a refund request.
There's no free trial, but you can explore before you pay: browse templates, create logos and preview your brand kit. You pay when you want to download (or unlock the brand for free with Customer Club credits), so check your design in the previews first.
