Open in Zoviz

Also known as: labeled Account setting in the Panel. Same place — Settings.

What it is

Settings is where you manage your account. Account-wide things live here; brand-specific things live in each brand's Dashboard. The settings menu:

SectionWhat it does
Account settingYour profile — email address (with verified status), first and last name
Billing & invoicesSubscriptions, invoice history — see Billing & subscriptions
Payment methodsYour saved payment cards
Project ListYour projects
Email notificationsWhich marketing emails you receive — see below

Where to find it

Panel → Account setting (or Marketing Studio → Settings), signed in.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails

You control marketing email from Account setting → Email notifications. There are three categories, each with its own toggle:

Turn off the ones you don't want (or all three) and press Save changes.

Email preferences — three marketing categories, each with a toggle
Email preferences — three marketing categories, each with a toggle

Turning these off stops promotional email. Transactional email about your account — receipts, sign-in codes, security notices — is separate and still arrives.

Delete your account

Open Account setting → Delete Account in the main Zoviz product: Delete Account, signed in. Follow the confirmation shown there. This is separate from canceling a subscription — see Billing & subscriptions.

Deleting a chat is separate from deleting your Zoviz account. Saved post drafts and their images stay in Zoviz Studio after chat deletion. Published posts stay on the social network; remove them on that network.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request. Details: Zoviz Privacy Policy, section 18.

Active sessions

Account setting → Active sessions lists the devices currently signed in. If you see a session you don't recognize, sign it out. If you think someone else got into your account, contact support.

Zoviz has no passwords: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google, Apple or Facebook. See Signing in to Zoviz.
