Redeem a voucher
Got a voucher or activation code — from a promotion, AppSumo, or a Brand Voucher? Enter it on the Redeem Voucher page to add credits or unlock a brand.
The two kinds of voucher
When you paste your code, Zoviz auto-detects which kind it is:
| Voucher type | What redeeming it does |
|---|---|
| Credit voucher | Adds AI Credits to your balance — spend them on any AI generation |
| Brand voucher | Unlocks one full brand for downloads and exports |
A Brand Voucher is a bundle of 1,000 AI Credits that unlocks one full brand. You can buy one, earn one through Zoviz Rewards, or receive a code from a promotion — see Licensing and Understanding AI Credits.
"Voucher" and "activation code" are the same thing here. The page header reads "Enter your activation code," while the field is labeled Voucher Code — both mean the code you paste in. AppSumo lifetime-deal codes are redeemed here too.
Where to find it
Open zoviz.com/app/redeem-voucher — also reachable from Redeem activation code in the Panel. The page shows your current credit balance and active brands, with the voucher field below.

How to redeem
- Sign in and open the Redeem Voucher page.
- Paste your code into Voucher Code, exactly as you received it — copy-paste avoids typos.
- Zoviz auto-detects whether it's a credit or brand voucher.
- For a brand voucher, choose which brand to upgrade.
- Click Redeem Voucher — your credits or brand unlock apply immediately.
After redeeming
- Credits appear in your balance in the top bar right away.
- Brand unlocks apply to the brand you chose — remember, licensing is per brand, so a brand voucher unlocks one brand, not your whole account.
Troubleshooting
"Code invalid or already used."
Check for typos and stray spaces (copy-paste is safest). Each code redeems once; if you believe yours is unused, contact support with the code and where you got it.
"I redeemed on the wrong account."
Contact support — include both account emails.
AppSumo-specific questions — check your AppSumo purchase page first; the deal terms there define exactly what your code includes.
