What it is

The Document Translator translates documents between languages while preserving the document itself. Despite living alongside the image tools in the app, it works on documents — useful for taking your marketing materials multilingual.

Where to find it

Brand Dashboard → Document Translator, or zoviz.com (/document-translator).

What it costs

The Document Translator uses AI Credits. The tool shows what a use costs before you run it. See Understanding AI Credits.

Tips & limits

Troubleshooting

The button says Get More Credits instead of Translate the document

Your AI Credits balance is lower than what this translation costs, so the tool shows Not enough credits for this action. Need +N Credit., where N is how many credits you are missing. Select Get More Credits to open the Pay as you go credits page; see Understanding AI Credits.

Common questions

Which file types can I translate?
PDFs, Microsoft Office files (.docx, .pptx, .xlsx), data files (.csv, .tab, .txv, .txt), web and markup files (.html, .htm, .mhtml, .mht), Outlook email files (.msg), and XML localization files (.xlf, .xliff).

Will my layout, styles and images stay the same?
For Microsoft Office files, the tool translates only the text: styles, images, and layouts stay unchanged. In PDFs, image-based text is handled with OCR, preserving data and formatting.

Can I send the translation straight to customers?
Have a native speaker review customer-facing output first. AI translation is strong but not flawless.
