What it costs
Editing template assets spends no AI Credits. Downloading final files requires an unlocked brand — see Licensing.
Two ways to edit
Opening a template gives you the quick editor — more detailed here than most assets:
- Element color — the letterhead's accent color (any hex)
- Text color — separate control for the type
- Logo Color (Original / Black / White / Custom) and Logo Layout
- Items — your contact rows (phone, socials, website, address): edit each value, click the icon to swap it, and toggle any row on or off

How to export
Click Download (top right) and pick your format:
- Docx (Microsoft Word) — the letterhead becomes a Word document your team types into
- PDF — fixed layout, ready to print or attach
Then either Download the file — or Upload to Google Drive directly, no download-and-reupload needed.
Tips
- Export the DOCX once, save it as your team's Word template — every letter after that is just typing.
- Toggle off what you don't need — a letterhead with four live contact rows beats one with seven placeholders.
- Pair with Business Cards from the same template family for a matching stationery set.
