Payouts and tax forms
When and how Zoviz affiliates get paid: payout schedule by tier, minimum payout, payment methods, and required tax forms.

Payout schedule
Your tier sets your schedule. Bronze pays monthly on the 1st. Silver and Gold pay weekly. Platinum pays daily. Only confirmed commissions are paid — new commissions confirm 30 days after the purchase, once the refund period has passed.
Minimum payout
The minimum payout is $50. If your confirmed balance is below the minimum on payout day, it rolls into the next cycle — nothing is lost.
Payment methods
Choose PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer in the Payments tab of your dashboard. All payouts are made in US dollars; your provider handles any currency conversion at its own rates.
Tax forms
One tax form is required before your first payout: W9 if you are a US person, W8BEN for everyone else. Upload it once in the Payments tab; it is stored encrypted and used only for payout compliance. Most affiliates outside the US only need the W8BEN with basic identity details — no US tax number is required for it.
Reversals
If a referred customer refunds within the confirmation period, that commission is reversed before it is ever paid. Reversals after payout are deducted from your next balance. Refund-driven reversals are normal in small numbers; patterns of refunded referrals are reviewed under the program rules.
Total earnings and current balance
Total earnings is everything you have ever earned. Current balance is what has confirmed and not yet been paid out. The two match until your first payout runs.
