Workspaces & team roles
Work on your brands together — invite teammates into a shared workspace with role-based access.
Also known as: you may see this labeled zoviz Team in the Marketing Studio.
What a workspace is
A Workspace is a shared space where a team works on the same brands. Instead of sharing one login, each person gets their own account with a role that controls what they can do.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control — billing, members, brands, and workspace settings |
| Super Admin | Manage brands and members day-to-day |
| Admin | Administrative access below Super Admin |
| Designer | Create and edit designs |
| Viewer | View-only access (the default for new invites) |
Your workspace, its members, and their roles are shown right on the Panel home, with Invite team member below the list. Workspaces hold up to 10 members. [Confirm: exact per-role permission details]
Good to know: brands belong to the member who created them. Payment actions — like upgrading a brand's license — can only be done by that brand's owner, even if you're the workspace Owner.
How to invite a team member
- Open the Panel and choose Invite team member (in the Workspaces card).
- Enter their email and pick a role (defaults to Viewer).
- Send Invite — they join the workspace with their own account.
- Manage members from the same dialog: change roles, Suspend, or Remove.
Sharing a single brand
Don't need a full workspace? Use Share in the Brand Dashboard to send a brand link to a teammate or client — useful for reviews and approvals without adding members.

Common questions
Do team members share my AI Credits?
Yes — the credit balance belongs to the workspace, so members draw from the shared pool. The Marketing Studio top bar shows the balance next to the workspace selector.
Can a member see all brands in the workspace?
Access is controlled by role. Owners and Super Admins manage which brands the workspace covers.
