How fast do clicks show up in my dashboard?
Clicks appear in your stats shortly after they happen. Signups and purchases appear once the referral completes them.
Someone told me they signed up through my link but I see no commission. Why?
The most common reasons: they signed up but have not purchased yet, they clicked another affiliate's link after yours, the purchase is still inside the 30-day confirmation period, or their browser dropped the tracking. If none of these fit, contact support with the details and we will investigate.
Can I refer myself?
No. Purchases through your own links are not eligible, including accounts you pay for on behalf of clients. Clients who pay for their own accounts qualify normally.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, pointing to your own content. Bidding on Zoviz brand terms or misspellings is not allowed.
Do I earn on upgrades and renewals?
During your commission months, yes — commission applies to the subscription payments your referral makes, so an upgrade raises it. Subscription commission covers up to 12 months per customer.
A customer subscribed through another affiliate years ago. If they subscribe again through my link, do I earn?
No. Each customer carries one subscription commission year, and it was already earned. One-time purchases they make through your link still pay normally.
Can my tier go down?
No. Tiers are based on lifetime commissions and are permanent once reached.
Can I join from any country?
If PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer can pay you, you can join. The program is global, like the product.
When exactly do I get paid?
On your tier's schedule — Bronze monthly on the 1st, Silver and Gold weekly, Platinum daily — once your confirmed balance passes $50 and your payout details are complete.
Do I need a company to be an affiliate?
No. Individuals can join. If you operate as a company, your payout details simply use your company information.
Can I combine the affiliate program with the Agency Panel?
Yes. Manage client brands in the Agency Panel and earn commission on clients who pay for their own accounts.
What is the difference between this and Customer Club?
The affiliate program pays cash to your payout method. Customer Club rewards you with Zoviz credits for inviting friends.
