I don't have enough AI credits

Ran out of AI credits mid-project? Check your balance, see why it dropped, and get more: pay as you go, a bigger plan, or the Customer Club.

What you'll see

When your balance is too low for an AI generation, Zoviz tells you:

AI Studio tools, such as Background Remover or Text to image: the Generate button turns into Get More Credits, with the note Not enough credits for this action. It also says how many more credits you need. Get More Credits opens Pay as you go.
AI-generated concepts in the logo album: a window reads You're out of credits. Click Get Credits to add more, and Zoviz brings you back with your prompt ready to go. Click Not Now to close it.
AI images in the design editor: Not enough credits to generate image. Please buy more credits.

Check your balance

Your AI Credits balance is always in the top bar. Click it to open your credits:

Charge credits opens Pay as you go.
Usage history shows how credits were spent in the workspace, if your role can see it.

Why your balance dropped

Plan credits reset each month. Unused plan credits don't carry over to the next month. Starter gets 300 credits a month, Pro 800 and Business 2,000. Yearly plans also get their credits every month.
Some tools cost more. Marketing Studio tools show what a generation costs before you run it. Video costs more than a single image, and long videos in Pro Studio cost the most.
Your plan ended. New monthly credits stop when a plan's access ends. If a renewal payment failed, see A payment failed or my plan expired.

AI Studio tools use AI Credits too. Each tool's Generate button shows what a use costs before you run it.

Get more credits

Pay as you go

Click Charge credits, or open Pay as you go. Pick a default pack or choose your own amount. Anyone can buy them, with or without a plan. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Move to a bigger plan

A bigger plan gives you more credits every month: Starter 300, Pro 800, Business 2,000. Compare the plans on Plans & pricing.

Earn credits in the Customer Club

Complete tasks, such as installing the mobile app, writing a review or referring friends. Press Claim Now on a finished task to add its credits to your balance. See Customer Club.

Redeem a credit voucher

Got a credit voucher? Redeeming it adds AI Credits to your balance. See Redeem a voucher.

Keep working while you top up

Not everything uses credits. Editing and downloading template-based Brand Kit assets, such as social posts, business cards and letterheads, costs no credits. Browsing templates and managing your brand, workspace and account are free too.

When to contact support

Contact support if you bought credits and your balance didn't change, or if credits seem to be missing. Include your account email, the workspace you were in, and the invoice ID from Account setting → Billing & invoices. See Contact support.
