Troubleshooting
My image won't upload
The upload box says Supports JPEG, JPG, PNG and files up to 10MB. If a file is refused, make sure it is a JPEG, JPG or PNG of 10 MB or less. Resize or compress it, or save it again as PNG or JPEG, then try again.
It says my request needs more credits
If a run is refused for credits, the app shows Your request need more credits with a Get more button to the Pay as you go page. Add credits there, or see Understanding AI Credits for other ways to get more.
Common questions
How much bigger can it make my image?
Up to 16x the original size. Under Choose your image size, pick a size multiplier, then click Upscale.
When should I upscale?
Last, right before download: generate → edit → upscale.
Can it make an AI-generated image good enough to print?
Yes. It's great for making AI-generated images print-ready, and for rescuing small or compressed images for print, web headers, or large formats.
