Affiliate program rules
What Zoviz affiliates can and cannot do: disclosure requirements, prohibited practices, and how enforcement works.
These rules keep the program fair for affiliates, honest for customers, and sustainable for everyone. They take five minutes to read and they are enforced.
What is encouraged
Honest reviews and tutorials, comparison content, recommending Zoviz to your email list, social posts, and sharing in communities where the community's own rules allow it. Paid ads are allowed when they promote your own content — your review, your tutorial, your site.
What is required
Disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote. This is a legal requirement in many countries (including FTC rules in the US) and it builds trust. A line you can copy: "I earn a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you." Place it where people see it before they click.
What is not allowed
- Bidding on Zoviz brand terms or misspellings in search ads, or using the Zoviz name in ad display URLs, domains, or account handles in a way that poses as official Zoviz
- Referring yourself, or purchasing through your own link or code — including accounts you pay for on behalf of clients
- Posting your links or codes on coupon or deal sites
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any technique that sets a referral without a genuine click
- Spam in any form: unsolicited email, comment spam, or mass posting in communities against their rules
- Misleading claims — promising specific business results, inventing discounts, or misrepresenting what Zoviz does
Enforcement
First violations of gray areas get a warning and the affected commissions are reversed. Deliberate fraud — fake referrals, cookie stuffing, self purchases — ends with immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid balances. If you are ever unsure whether a tactic is allowed, ask support first; asking is never held against you.
