I can't find my logo or brand
Brand missing from your list? It's usually in another workspace, hidden behind No Brand, or on another account. Here's how to find it.
Check the brand switcher
Tools and pages use the brand selected in the top bar's brand switcher (My brands).
- Open the brand switcher in the top bar.
- Look for your brand in the list.
- Pick it. Your Brand Kit, tools and templates switch to that brand.
If the switcher shows No Brand, no brand is selected. Tools still work, but brand-only outputs show Needs a brand. Pick your brand to get it back.
Check the workspace
Each workspace has its own brand list. A brand made in a Team workspace doesn't show in your Personal workspace.
- Open the workspace switcher in the top bar.
- Switch to another workspace, such as your Personal workspace or a Team workspace.
- Open the brand switcher again and look for the brand.
To see every workspace you belong to, choose Manage workspaces in the workspace switcher. On the Workspaces page, switch with the → arrow on a workspace's card.
A teammate made the brand
Brands belong to the member who created them, in the workspace where they made them. To see a teammate's brand:
- Make sure you're a member of their Team workspace. If you're not, ask its Owner to invite you.
- If the workspace's card shows Invite expired, ask for a new invite.
- Access is controlled by role. If you still can't see the brand, ask the workspace Owner to check your role.
Only need to see one brand? Ask your teammate to send you a link with Share in the brand's Brand Dashboard. See Share brand.
The brand was moved or its workspace archived
Transfer brand moves a brand to another workspace. If someone transferred your brand, look for it in your other workspaces.
If a Team workspace was archived, it no longer shows on the Workspaces page or in the workspace switcher. Only the workspace's Owner can restore it, so ask them.
You're signed in with another email
If you have more than one Zoviz account, you may be signed in to the wrong one. When you open a brand that this account can't access, Zoviz asks Are you sure you have access to this brand? and shows the email you're signed in with.
- Check that email, or your email address in Account setting.
- If it's not the account that made the brand, sign out.
- Sign in with the other email address.
Looking for a logo you saw earlier
- A logo concept you didn't pick yet: in the logo album, History reopens your previous albums, and the bookmark icon opens your Wishlist. See The logo album.
- The logo you chose for a brand: open the brand's Brand Dashboard and choose Logo Files (Logo resizer if you uploaded your own logo). See Your logo files.
- Something you made with an AI tool: every AI generation is in My Assets. Filter by type, such as Logos or Images. See My Assets.
Deleted your account?
After you delete your account, you have 14 days to restore it. Sign back in during that time. After 14 days, the account, its logo files and its other design data are deleted permanently. See Settings.
Got an email about archiving?
If Zoviz emailed you that a brand kit would be archived and you can't find it now, contact support with the brand name.
When to contact support
Checked every workspace and account and still can't find it? Contact support. Include every email address you might have used, the brand name, and roughly when you made it. See Contact support.
