Email Signatures
Eye-catching signatures that promote your brand — ready-made templates, or build your own in the Signature Studio.
Also known as: sometimes labeled Email Signature (singular).
What it is
Professional email signatures with your logo, contact details, and links. There are two ways to make one, and both end the same way: copy the signature and paste it into your email client.

Model 1 — ready-made templates
Five pre-branded signature templates, each opening in a quick editor:
- Element color and two text colors (dark and light)
- Logo Color (Original / Black / White / Custom) and Logo Layout
- Items — every line of the signature (name, company, email, phone…): edit the value, click the icon to swap it, toggle any line on or off
Your saved signatures collect under the My Signatures tab.

Model 2 — Build a Custom Signature (the Signature Studio)
Want full control? Start Creating opens the Email Signature Studio — a four-step wizard with a live preview that shows your signature inside a mock email as you build:
- Your info — name, email, job title, company, phone, website; upload a profile photo, pick your company logo, and add social links
- Style — pick the layout and look
- Customize — colors, fonts, and details to match your brand
- Export — copy and go

How to use your signature
Signatures aren't downloaded as files — they're copied into your email client:
- Copy signature — then paste into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and others
- Copy signature source code — the raw HTML, for clients or tools that want it
- A built-in "How to use email signature?" guide walks through each mail client

Where to find it
Brand Dashboard → Your Brand Kit → Email Signature — public page: /email-signature-generator
What it costs
Editing spends no AI Credits. Using your final signature requires an unlocked brand — see Licensing.
Tips
- Add your Digital Business Card link — signatures are its best distribution channel.
- Templates for speed, Studio for teams — use a template when you need a signature now; use the Studio when you want per-person photos and custom layouts.
- Roll one design out to the whole team for consistency.
