What it is

The Digital Business Card is a contact card for you or anyone on your team: a photo or logo, name, role, company, phone, email, website, address, and social profiles, in a color theme you choose. Publish it and Zoviz generates a QR code for it to show in person.

It complements the printable Business Cards in your Brand Kit — choose the same brand logo (and its Brand main color in the color picker) and the two read as one brand. It isn't tied to a brand: your cards live in one place under the Panel, whichever brand is selected in the top bar, and the image can be any of your brands' logos.

The tool is not in the Brand Dashboard sidebar — open it from your dashboard.

How to create a card

Open Digital Business Card and click Create Card at the top right (or Create your first card while the list is empty). The Create Digital Business Card form opens.
Choose an image — a brand logo or your own upload.
Enter your First Name (required) and any other details you want on the card.
Pick a Card Color Theme.
Click Add contact & social if you want to add your website, address, or social profiles.
Click Publish. The card goes live and Zoviz generates its QR code.

It's one form, with a preview of the card on the right: until you fill in your details it shows placeholder initials (JD), Your Name, and the note Add your contact information to see it here, with a small Powered by Zoviz line at the bottom. Below the preview, a second note reminds you that the QR code will be ready after you fill and publish.

Choose an image	Your photo or a logo — Brand logos lists your brands with their pack labels; Upload takes your own image.
First Name (required)	The only field marked required — Publish is disabled while the form is empty.
Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Company Name, Job Title	Optional — until you fill them in, the preview reads Add your contact information to see it here.
Card Color Theme	Five preset swatches — teal (selected by default), navy, black, purple, orange — or the custom color picker, which also has a Brand main color button.
Add contact & social	Expands five more optional fields: Website, Address, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter).

Your card list

The tool opens on Digital Business Cards — three counters (Total cards, Active cards, Draft cards) above your cards. Create Card at the top right (or Create your first card while the list is empty) opens the form.

Tips & limits

Make one per teammate — every card is its own form, so a team can share one logo and color theme with different contact details.
Show the QR code from your phone at events and meetings — it replaces the stack of paper cards.
Add it to your Email Signature — the Brand Kit's signature templates are a natural place to point people to your card.
Match your Link in Bio — the same image and color theme on both, and they read as one brand.

Troubleshooting

Publish is grayed out

First Name is the only required field, and Publish stays disabled until it's filled in. Enter a first name and the button turns on.

My card has no QR code yet

Zoviz generates the QR code when you publish. Until then the preview shows QR code will be ready after you fill and publish. Fill in your details and click Publish.

My card won't publish

If publishing a draft from your card list fails, the app shows Failed to publish card. Please try again. Try again, and if it keeps failing, contact support.

Common questions

Where do I find my card's QR code later?
In your card list, a published card has a QR code button (Show QR Code). It opens Share Your Digital Card, where you can Download QR Code or Copy link.

Can I make cards for my teammates?
Yes. Every card is its own form, so a team can share one logo and color theme with different contact details on each card.

Is my card tied to one brand?
No. Your cards live in one place under the Panel, whichever brand is selected in the top bar, and the image can be any of your brands' logos.

What happens to my published card if I cancel my plan?
The cancel screen lists Link in Bio & digital cards among what you lose: when your access ends, published cards go offline. See Billing & subscriptions.
