Create your first brand
Everything in Zoviz lives inside a brand. This guide takes you from sign-up to a finished logo and Brand Kit in about 10 minutes.

What you'll end up with
By the end of this guide you'll have:
- A named brand set up in your account
- An editable, vector logo
- A full Brand Kit — colors, fonts, and brand guidelines
- A brand ready to generate social posts, cards, a website, and more
You don't need any design experience, and you can do all of this before paying — you only need to upgrade your license when you're ready to download in full quality.
Step 1 — Start a new brand
From the Panel, choose Create new brand (top right). A short wizard walks you through:
- Have a logo already? Choose Upload Your Logo to build your brand around it — or Create a New Logo to design one now.
- Brand name — it will appear next to your new logo.
- Describe your ideal icon (optional) — for example, "a warm sun rising over a coffee cup, minimal line style". Stuck? Use Get AI Description Suggestions.
- Brand vibe — pick the personality that fits: Luxury, Minimalist, Eco friendly, Professional, Sporty, or Elegant.
- Tagline or slogan (optional) — taglines strengthen your brand; AI suggestions are available here too.

Tip: Not sure about your name or tagline yet? Try the free Business Name Generator and Slogan Generator on zoviz.com first, then create your brand.
Step 2 — Pick and customize your logo
Zoviz generates a page of logo concepts based on your answers. Each concept shows the logo on real mockups, plus what's included: high-quality logo files (PNG, SVG, JPG), a social media kit, brand stationery, and a lifetime commercial-use license.
- Refine the results with the Keywords, Style, and Color filters at the top.
- Customize opens the concept in the logo editor, where you can adjust the icon, brand name, slogan, background, layout, and palette — every logo is fully editable vector art.
- Get Your Logo & Brand Kit when you're happy — your logo becomes the anchor for your whole Brand Kit.

You can always come back and regenerate or edit your logo later — it updates across your assets.
Step 3 — Get your Brand Kit
When your brand is created, Zoviz shows a "Your brand is ready" summary — including a designer's note explaining the thinking behind your logo. (Zoviz logos are designed and reviewed by real designers, with AI customizing them to your brand; every variant is delivered as editable SVG.)

With a logo chosen, Zoviz builds your Brand Kit — a coordinated identity that includes:
- Your logo in multiple variations
- A color palette
- Fonts
- A Brand Book documenting how to use them
This kit is the source of truth for how your brand looks. Every asset you create from now on uses it automatically, so everything stays consistent.

Step 4 — Fill in your brand details
Open About Your Brand and complete any remaining fields (contact info, website, social handles, longer description).
This matters more than it looks: these fields auto-fill into business cards, email signatures, letterheads, and other templates — so the more you complete now, the less you'll type later.
Step 5 — Create your first assets
You're ready to make things. From your Brand Dashboard, open the Brand Kit asset grid and pick anything to start — for example:
- A Social Post to announce your launch
- A Business Card
- A Brand Book to share your identity with others
Every template already has your logo, colors, and details applied. Edit what you want, then download.
See the full list in The Brand Kit & its 16 assets.
Step 6 — Download and unlock
You can design freely for free. When you're ready to export final, high-resolution files, Upgrade Your License to unlock the brand.
- Licensing is per brand — each brand is unlocked on its own.
- Have an activation code (e.g. from AppSumo or a voucher)? Use Redeem activation code in your account.

Managing more than one brand
Zoviz is built to handle many brands:
- Switch brand anytime from the brand menu — your tools and assets follow the brand you're in.
- Each brand keeps its own kit, assets, and license.
- Working with a team? Invite them into your Workspace (see roles: Owner, Super Admin).
- Running an agency with lots of client brands? Use the Agency Panel.
Common questions
Can I change my logo or colors after setup?
Yes. Edit your logo or palette anytime; your Brand Kit and templates pick up the change.
Do I have to pay before I see my brand?
No. You can create a brand, generate a logo, and design assets for free. Payment unlocks full-quality downloads.
What if I have two businesses?
Create a separate brand for each. They stay completely independent.
