Getting started
Using the design editor
One editor powers every template in Zoviz — here's every tool in it.
What it is
Whenever you open a template — a social post, flyer, poster, or any other Brand Kit asset — it opens in Zoviz's design editor with your branding already applied. You customize content; the brand styling is done.
There are two levels:
- Quick panel — simple assets like business cards open with just the essentials: element color, logo color (original / black / white / custom), logo layout, and front/back sides. One click on Advanced Editing opens the full editor.
- Full editor — content-rich assets like Social Posts open the full editor directly.

The toolbar, tool by tool
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Logo | Swap in any variation of your brand logo, or adjust how it appears |
| Size | Change the canvas size — adapt one design to another format |
| Texts | Add a text box, then style it with Text Combinations, Text Effects, and Text Styles |
| Image | Replace or add images in the design |
| Element | Add shapes and graphic elements |
| Upload | Bring in your own images |
| Layer | Reorder what sits in front of what |

Around the canvas
- Undo / redo — top bar, next to Back
- Pages — the bottom strip: click + to add pages and build multi-page designs; thumbnails switch between them
- Zoom — bottom right, from fit-to-screen to close-up detail work
- Save — keeps your work in Custom Designs, so you can come back anytime
- Download — export the finished design (requires an unlocked brand)
The workflow
- Pick a template — browse the gallery or use the search box to filter by theme.
- Click any element on the canvas to edit it — text, image, or shape.
- Add what's missing with the toolbar — text boxes, images, elements, your own uploads.
- Check the details — your contact info and links auto-fill from About Your Brand (Smart Auto-fill), so verify once and reuse forever.
- Save or download.
Tips
- Edit text in place — click straight into a headline on the canvas rather than hunting for a field.
- Duplicate before experimenting — save a copy to Custom Designs, then go wild on the copy.
- Layer trouble? If you can't click something, it's probably behind another element — use Layer to bring it forward.
