How Zoviz works

A 5-minute overview of the whole platform. Read this first — everything else in the help center builds on it.

What Zoviz is

Zoviz is an AI-powered branding platform. You start with a brand, Zoviz generates a complete visual identity for it, and from there you can create, publish, and market everything that brand needs — logos, a full brand kit, a website, social content, videos, and more — all kept on-brand automatically.

You don't need design skills. You describe your brand once, and Zoviz reuses that information everywhere.

Zoviz is human-designed, AI-customized: real designers create the icons and templates; AI assembles, customizes, and generates. The exact split: What's designed by humans, what's AI.

The big picture

Almost everything in Zoviz follows three simple ideas. Once these click, the rest of the product makes sense:

1. Brands are the top-level container. Everything you make lives inside a brand.
2. The Brand Kit is the identity Zoviz builds for each brand — and the 16 asset types it can generate from it.
3. AI Credits are the fuel. Generating with AI spends credits; you can always see your balance and top it up.

The Brand Kit doesn't stop at templates — the same identity styles everything downstream: Marketing Studio content, your website, and your social presence all stay on-brand automatically (see The creation engines below).

Let's walk through each.

1. Brands — your starting point

A brand is a dedicated space for one business or project. It holds your logo, colors, fonts, brand details, and every asset you create.

• Create a new brand by entering a business name (or generating one) and answering a few questions. Zoviz uses these to build your identity.
• Switch brands anytime from the brand switcher in the dashboard's top bar if you manage more than one.
• The About Your Brand section stores your brand's details (name, tagline, description, industry). These fields auto-fill across templates, so you only enter them once.
• Your Brand Profile teaches Zoviz what you do, who you talk to, and how you sound. About Your Brand fills in what templates display; the Brand Profile shapes what the AI creates.

Your brand's home base is the Brand Dashboard — the page where you see your kit, launch tools, and manage assets for that brand.

2. The Brand Kit — your identity and your assets

When you create a brand, Zoviz generates a Brand Kit: a coordinated set of logos, color palette, fonts, and brand guidelines. This is the source of truth for how your brand looks.

From that kit, Zoviz can generate 16 types of ready-to-use assets, all automatically styled to match your brand:

Every asset comes with ready-made templates, thousands in all; the ones marked new weekly get fresh templates every week. Pick a template, and your brand's logo, colors, and details are already applied — edit anything, then download.

3. The creation engines — what you can build

Beyond the kit assets, Zoviz includes a set of full creation tools. Each is one engine, even though you may reach it from more than one place in the product.

Core builders

• Logo Maker — generate an editable, vector logo from your brand name or a description.
• Website Builder — build an AI-generated website (with a matching promo banner).
• Link in Bio — a single shareable page linking to everything you do.
• Digital Business Card — a modern, shareable digital card.
• Presentations — generate slide decks, exportable to PowerPoint or PDF.

AI Studio — image & creative tools
The AI Studio groups Zoviz's AI generation and editing tools:

• AI Image Generator (text to image)
• AI Image Editor (brush-based editing)
• Background Remover · Photo Object Removal · Image Upscaler
• Product Photography · Sketch to Image · Document Translator

Video Studio — generate short-form videos from a prompt or your brand kit.

Marketing Studio — grow your brand
Marketing Studio is Zoviz's suite for promotion and content, organized into sub-studios:

• Image Studio — marketing images
• Go Viral Studio — AI influencer personas and viral video references
• Voice Studio — AI voiceovers and music
• Copywriter — video scripts and marketing copy
• Pro Studio — direct model access, motion control, and long videos
• Agent Studio (beta) — AI agent-driven workflows
• Social Accounts (beta) — connect Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn; schedule and publish

Note: Some tools appear in more than one place (for example, the same image generator is reachable from the Brand Dashboard and inside Image Studio). They're the same engine — your results are identical wherever you start.

Where you work: the surfaces

Zoviz has a few different areas. They all act on the same brands and assets — think of them as different doors into one house:

Wherever you are, your brand context follows you, so everything stays on-brand.

Names on zoviz.com. The public site groups the same tools into five families; this help center uses the in-app names:

AI Credits — how generation is fueled

AI generation runs on AI Credits. Your current balance is always visible in the top bar.

• Marketing Studio tools cost 5–20 credits per generation, depending on the tool.
• AI Studio tools (Background Remover, Image Upscaler, AI Image Editor, text to image and the rest) use AI Credits too. Each tool's Generate button shows what a use costs before you run it. More in Understanding AI Credits.
• Template-based assets in your Brand Kit don't spend AI credits to edit and download.

Where credits come from:

• Your plan — every plan adds credits each month: 300 on Starter, 800 on Pro, 2,000 on Business. Yearly plans get their credits every month too. Plan credits reset each month, so unused plan credits don't carry over.
• Pay as you go — anyone can buy extra credits, with or without a plan, on the Pay as you go page. Pick a default pack or set your own amount. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• The Customer Club — complete tasks to earn credits.

Why credits run out faster on some tools: higher-effort outputs like video or premium marketing content use more credits per generation than a single image.

Workspaces & teams

Every account has its own Personal workspace, and you can create Team workspaces to collaborate with others — manage and switch between them on the dedicated Workspaces page.

• Invite team members to a Team workspace (via the workspace's ⋯ menu → Members). Team members per plan: Starter 1, Pro 3, Business up to 10.
• Roles — Owner, Super Admin, Admin, Designer, Viewer — control what each member can do.
• Use Share to send a brand link to teammates or clients.

Running an agency? The Agency Panel is a separate console for managing many client brands in one place.

Plans and unlocking your brand

You can explore and build for free, but downloading final, full-quality files needs an unlocked brand, and a plan is what unlocks it. There's no free trial: you pay when you want to download.

• Plans — Starter, Pro, and Business, billed monthly or yearly (yearly costs less), plus Enterprise on request through Contact Sales. Prices are shown in your local currency on zoviz.com/pricing; what each plan includes is on Plans & pricing.
• Brands a plan unlocks — Starter 1, Pro up to 5, Business up to 15. Use Unlock Now on the Brand Dashboard to unlock the brand you're in.
• Unlocking is per brand — each brand you unlock uses one of your plan's brand unlocks, and unlocking one brand doesn't unlock the others. Each unlocked brand also gets a License certificate in its Brand Kit.
• One-time purchases — Zoviz no longer sells one-time logo packages or brand licenses; the one exception is the Elite Logo Kit. It transfers ownership of your logo icon to you, and the icon is deleted from Zoviz so nobody else can get it. See Licensing & unlocking a brand. (Agency packages are separate; see Agency Panel.)
• Have an activation code (for example from AppSumo or a voucher)? Use Redeem activation code in your account.

A typical workflow, start to finish

Here's how the pieces fit together for a new user:

1. Create a brand — enter or generate a business name.
2. Get your logo & Brand Kit — Zoviz generates your logo, colors, and fonts.
3. Generate assets — make social posts, business cards, a brand book, and more from your kit.
4. Build your presence — add a Website, Link in Bio, or Digital Business Card.
5. Market it — create images, videos, and copy in Marketing Studio, then publish.
6. Unlock & download — choose a plan to unlock your brand, then export everything in full quality.

Quick glossary

• Brand — the top-level container for one business and all its assets.
• Brand Kit — the generated identity (logo, colors, fonts) and the 16 asset types built from it.
• Brand Profile — what you do, your audience, and your voice; it tunes everything Zoviz's AI creates for the brand.
• Asset — anything you create or download (a post, a card, a video, etc.).
